Where we Ship
Orders will only be shipped to valid addresses within the 50 states of the United States of America.
Standard Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm CST should be received within 3-5 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first business day after. (Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Overnight Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm CST should be received the next business day. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first business day after. (Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Delayed Or Lost Orders
If a package is lost or delayed due to the courier, a package search will be requested. Package searches can take up to 10 business days. In order to be considered lost, a package must be undelivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
How do I track my Order
After your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package measurements, weight, and customer's location.
